Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms apply to Turf at turfxplore.com.
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and the Turf team (turfxplore.com) ("we"), which runs Turf. By signing in you agree to them, to the Rules & Safety guide and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can play
You must be 13 or older. You need a Google account to sign in. You may have only one Turf account.
3. Play safely: you're responsible for where you go
Turf is played in the real world. You decide where you go and how you get there. Follow the law, respect private property, closing times and signs, and never use the app while driving or cycling in traffic. Don't enter places that are unsafe or where you aren't allowed. No tile, challenge or reward is worth taking a risk for. Turf doesn't monitor your safety and isn't an emergency service.
4. Fair play and conduct
No GPS spoofing, location-faking apps, emulators, bots or automation. No claiming from vehicles. No sharing or farming accounts. No harassing, following, threatening or confronting other players. Player names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or contain personal information. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Enforcement
We may remove tiles, reset scores, rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules. We'll usually tell you why. You can contact [email protected] if you think we got it wrong.
6. The game can change
Turf is a game in active development. Rules, scoring, tiles and features may change, and leaderboards or territories may be reset. Tiles and points have no monetary value and can't be sold or transferred.
7. Paid features
Turf is currently free to play. If we introduce paid features, we'll update these terms before they launch, including price, billing, cancellation and refunds, and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Liability
We provide Turf "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses caused by how or where you choose to play, or for losses that weren't foreseeable.
9. Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may close the service with reasonable notice.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
